Harry Kraemer

Harry founded Commercial Contractors of Melrose Inc.  in 1986, and has been the driving force in continuing the mission of quality work, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.  He has built strong relationships with customers and continues to build and grow new and existing relationships, by continuing to be a key point of contact for all departments of CCC, Inc., and our valued customers.

CCC Inc. employees roughly 25 carpenters, masons and certified welders.  CCC, Inc strives to provide a safe work enviroment for it's employees by providing OSHA training, weekly job site safety meetings, and confirming that employees are implementing safe work practices at all job sites.  

CCC, Inc. keeps it's employees knowledgable on current building codes, new products and construction practices.

Gerald Garvick

Gerald has extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction, having been a key member of CCC, Inc.'s team since it's early years.  Gerald's focus is on-site management, ensuring each site runs according to scope and schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and communication.

Dennis Wessel

Dennis joined the CCC team with a primary focus on delivering quality service consistent with what our customers have come to expect. His estimating and coordinating skills provides cost effective solutions in keeping within budget, and within a timely schedule. 

Jeremy kraemer

Jeremy manages all aspects of CCC Inc's steel services.  His strong mechanical knowledge and years of experience in steel fabrication ensures creative and quality solutions to any design and fabrication challenges that arise. Maximizing communication & productivity, Jeremy is the liason between the fabrication department,  job site management, clients, and the estimating department.
